      We had a total kitchen renovation done the spring of 2019. By July of 2024 we had the compressor go out on the new refrigerator/freezer. Bouchard -Pierce was unwilling to do anything for us. Said it was the manufacture's issue and not theirs'. We have been unhappy with the company since the renovation. Certainly not the helpful company we knew growing up and our parent's swore by them. This generation of owners are not customer friendly. Tried 2 times to order the correct microwave during the remodel and was shipped an incorrect one each time. Finally decided to keep our old microwave. Figured it was their loss and not ours but should have guessed there would be no help in the future. Feels like being abandoned once we paid up. We are purchasing our new refrigerator elsewhere. Will not use them again. Oh yeah, the original refrigerator we had in the original kitchen came with the house and lasted 26 years before being replaced. It was still working when it was replaced and it was not new when we purchased the house. Hoping Bouchard-Pierce realizes they are what they sell.
