      may 17 2025, delivery of garden topsoil for a new garden area. paid ****** cash and received a load of gray mix of sand **** and paper, was told by driver its the best for gardens people love it i said no no no its gray its supposed to be brown top soil, he said its great for gardens and they sift it and i will love it, I was deceived this stuff is terrible, it's very hard chunky and not what i wanted, i have spent a lot on new flowers only to have then strangled and packed with this terrible soil, this garden is on a bank area and the hardpack run off when raining is terrible. i have driven down to office and pit but no one there just a number to call on door. ************ went to office June 9th, then i called, also called June 16,june 18, and one last time July 3rd, i left a pleasant message asking for a return call with all my info but they never called me, Iam very disappointed with this company, its sad that this has happened as I was buying local, and will not recommend D&D to anyone. I am having to dig this stuff out it is a back breaking situation for me, I would have been better off buying bags of top soil at ********** and but I was trying to save my back as I have had back issues and surgery so I had Hoped it would be easier to have a truck drop off on top of bank area ***** dirt top soil then rake it out and plant also throw seeds and bam done , but no, and they are not even calling me back so zero customer service. I need to figure out how to amend this my back cant take anymore, they should be ashamed of themself, this owner **** *** is no honorable man in my opinion. oh and I had layer out weed fabric on hill after weeding it all out. ****** now I have this sand, **** paper mix on top of weed fabric I am digging thru tear emoji.

      When the material was delivered, ***** was happy with the material and allowed the driver to continue delivering. The loam was not gray with paper. It was normal brown dirt. We have contacted ***** and she is happy with a full refund. The check was put in the mail today.
