      I was charged for the water park package. I was only able to use one day, since the day I checked in I would have had to pay an extra $25.00/ person on top of the package. They said I could use it Monday, the day I had to check out and go home. I am a senior citizen, I just want to rent a room to see my family. I feel ripped off and will never go here again.

      They have unclear policies posted online about water park cancellation. It says as long as you give them 7 days notice they will refund. I gave them over a month, but because I had changed my date once before they wouldnt refund any of my money. There is no where in any policy that it stated I couldnt get this refund if I changed my date. And now I am out 250 because I couldn't make either dates work after confirming I could change my date again if needed. Even a particular refund would have been nice.
