      I purchased a mattress system in 2016 and have had nothing but problems and have been sent several replacements and was told its defective and keep getting defective parts and would like a refund. I get nothing but rude customer service that dont wanna help me and then charge me to ship replacements after they changed the warranty. I had to go high up the ladder to get a free replacement part and it went bad. It is very hard to contact these people and I just want a refund. The bed is still under warranty.

      Horrible and extremely rude customer service. Do not hold true to their 10-year warranty and ignore customers. Have refused to send all parts that are broken and under warranty. Have also refused to give contact information for manager so I can get the issue resolved. Back and forth for months, asking the same questions and giving me the run-around. Also initially tried to charge hundreds of dollars to ship a plastic tube across the ***********.
