    There have been multiple transactions over the last 6-9 months with *** from J&B Construction out of ******/Rutland County *******. I paid *** $22,725.00, by hourly rates of $30/hour. Thats 93 man days.J&B Construction committed to provide the following bulletized items, listed are the ones needing repair; installation of 4 trapezoid windows, which I am cancelling based on the shoddy craftmanship of the work performed to date Ive already paid a $2,000 deposit on the installation. bathroom remodel of ************ including plumbing, tile, fixtures, lighting, doors, grab bars, flooring, staining, etc. shelving in the kitchen and pantry closet as well as caulking of seem on kitchen counter. installation of plumbed slop sinks in garage and laundry room. re-rout Heat to accommodate installation of a propane fireplace *** was going to install as well.Bathroom Remodel project Issues; (1) Improperly installed plumbing, materials, and substandard construction practices to properly support the Glass tiles.(2) Never framed out for Niches or Grab bars. (3) Shimmed rock board which would have waved and cracked the glass tile and grout. (4) Used plastic backing on ********** which would have developed Mold.(5) Left sheetrock openings.(6) Didnt cover new tub and now there are scratches.(7) Never Leveled the tub with the leveling feet and installed the tub about 1 in too far back so plumbing now needs repairs.(8) Installed Shelving upside down in Kitchen.(9) Slop sink installed in wrong location.(10) ************************* posts damaged and need replacement.**************** the job with his last Text or any communication on 3/2.Acceptable resolution is to reimbursing me $17,125 to fix all these things I have paid *** for in full.The Math I am asking to be refunded: $2,000 (deposit) + $9,500 (repairs to bathroom rescue) + $5.625 (1/2 of $11,250 balance minus the 2k and 9.5k I paid ***) = $17,125
