    If it were possible to give zero stars that would be my choice. This is a business that makes promise after promise but doesnt deliver. I would never use this business again. However, if you choose to take the risk please do not make a payment in advance, in good faith I did and was disappointed. Customer be ware.

    We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand that you were expecting your iPad to be ready on a specific day, and we did indeed complete it on that day as promised. However, we did not specify an exact time for the pickup.
    Despite it being a special occasion for us, we made the effort to come in on our day off to ensure your iPad was ready for you. When we communicated with you, the conversation became difficult due to your tone and approach. It is important to note that we waited for several hours for you to collect your device, as agreed, but you chose not to come to the business.
    Your claim that we do not keep our promises is unfounded, as we went above and beyond to accommodate your needs, even on a day we were not scheduled to work. Additionally, you decided to threaten us with a lawyer, even though the day wasn't over and all you had to do was take 2 minutes to drive and grab your iPad. Once you mentioned lawyers, we informed you to contact our lawyer, as we were done talking. The situation could have gone differently had you waited for us to let you know it was done within the hour as we had planned.
