    We brought a generator there for warranty repair work in March 2024. We were told it would be a few weeks.(Replacing a 30 amp switch that wasn't working). Month later they called us to come pick it up. The trip is a 50 mile trip. When we got there after a considerable wait to get our generator, we were finally led outback to load it up. The service person tried to start it to show us the repair was completed. The generator wouldn't start even after the gentleman cranking on it for several minutes. He went up front to get the owner. The owner was very rude and said "obviously it's not fixed and they'll have to come back".It is now the end of July and we have called on our generator numerous times to see where the repairs are at. The last time the owner refused to give us the claim number so that we could call Generax and see how to either get this fixed or get a new generator. We have dealt with the owner everytime and each time he has treated us rudely. I would not recommend that anyone use Taylor Rental in ******************. If you need warranty or service work done on your equipment, please drive somewhere else with a better review.
