    Beginning of August contracted to work with buyer of property and provide a quote for fixes needed. He stated work with no quote or work order. When asked to see receipts when **** presented was reluctant (they didn't add up and changed for tools) original bill was almost 10k quickly dropped to 6k. Contactor suggested I can pay it because of my line of work. No work order or estimate given. Was not asked by me to do the work but to "work with my buyer to see if he can provide him a quote to get things done." Job should have been 2k job tops. Contractor blocked me when I called him out on it. Buyer v of property was not happy with work either. And it even failed the reinspection die to his incompetence, when he then insulted me for doing shotty work on my building (wasn't my work) all around con artist and rude. Will be seeking legal advice. Screenshots provided before he deleted his messages.

    I am here to respond to this complaint. I have done work for him in the past and he's upset because I've given a **** to him but I was confused. But I needed to build a home buyer and not him so I don't see why then has a complaint issue because on the top of my bill says ****.. as I do not need to post the home buyer's last name. But I have done work for *** giving him cheap prices and low rate labor rates as feeling bad for him and trying to help him out when he was trying to make the most money from his property that he sold. Before he sold this property he tried to hire me to cover up anything that would have failed inspection as of covering up electrical which could burn the house down and it could have resulted in serious injury I refuse to do any work for him like this as I assume he says he was a contractor and he was not and he did this work for himself. So I'm sorry you feel this way I'm not a scam artist and I take pride in my work and in my business the reason he didn't get a work order or anything is because I was not doing work for ******** at this time. He then reached out to me later on saying I had to correct my bill who I build the homeowner not him but I had to correct it and told me what I could not and could charge for I then responded to him that this is my business and this is my company and I can charge whatever I want my prices are my prices. I that informed the complainant that if he has any issues as he said he was going to bring me to court that I will see him in court because he has no legal means to stand on because I did not Bill him.
