      One of their vehicles struck my truck from behind while we were both stopped at a red light, the driver stated his foot slipped off the brake. I called the police and they arrived and were told the same story. The driver spoke to Courtland Construction Company and asked I handle this outside the insurance company and they promised to repair my vehicle. The police stated it is up to me but they would be a witness to the driver's admission of hitting my vehicle in the event the did not pay. The quote to repair my vehicle (parts and labor) is for under $400 to replace the rear bumper. Now that I have contacted them with the estimate the company and the driver are no longer returning my calls. VERY SHADY COMPANY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! If they are willing to do this for $400 image how they're willing to cheat you. This is not a questionable story. We were both stopped at a red light then his truck struck mine because his foot slipped, it is that simple. I have now contacted the police, my insurance, and will be contacting the courts this week.
