    Did not refund $450 to us after not delivering the product. Do not trust this business. It saddens me that I have to report a local business' unethical behavior. I expect ******* businesses to be honest. My husband and I were involved with a building and remodeling project and we chose A&N Stoneworks to be the vendor for all of our countertops for bathrooms and kitchen. When we began choosing countertop materials and A&N requested a down payment of $450 which we paid. We stayed in close touch with the company and let them know our schedule. When we were ready to order our countertops, we received no response from A&N. Over the next few months, we left messages and called dozens of times to let them know that we wanted to place our order. We received only one response from A&N letting us know that they would call us back, but they never did. In the meantime, we had to have a vendor for all of our countertops to stay on schedule. We contacted A&N, letting them know that if we could not order, we would have to change vendors. We had no choice but to purchase from another company. When we asked A&N for the $450 deposit back because we tried in good faith to place orders from their company, but no one has ever responded. We have emailed many times, called, sent two letters (with self-addressed stamped envelopes), and stopped by the business (but it was closed during working hours.) This business took our money for product that they never delivered and then kept our money. We would still like them to honor the transaction and send us a check for the $450.
