**** assured me he has been selling quality handicap vans for 40 years. I got a loan, flew from PA to VT to buy a van for my husband with ALS and dying. I drove the van home, found that all 4 tires were rotted, split and unsafe. I put new on then had a garage inspect it (van) who advised it was unsafe and needed over $5,0000 in repairs which they wouldnt even do because of the condition of the van. When I contacted **** he said he would gladly buy it back for the price I paid. But also assured me that he could fix the van I can fix everything on that list if you bring it to VT which I did. It cost me $344 for hotel plus gas. On the way home to PA the muffler blew off! I had to pay so Eone to do an emergency repair to get me to a pipe ****** to fix.The van was missing seatbelts, I found that the A/C lines were cut and twisted!!! **** told me it was simply a leak! My handicap husband and our service dog cannot ride in a van with no AC in 95* heat!I attempted to trade it and the dealer would offer $2k out of pity. He also said the van was dangerous. Four mechanics told me the same. Yet **** said they were all a holes and saw a woman who nothing about cars and were taking advantageHe agreed to buy it back for purchase price and still broke that deal by only sending the payoff amount.I would like to be refunded to the repairs and tired etc. that this man gained from me plus the money he promised by buying the van back, he owes $455.40 from the agreed upon refund. I would like him to reimburse me the $2,693.36 I lost on this deal. I lost more but I didnt keep all the gas receipts. I also want the money that I paid for the tires that he gained. Also please know. Knowing this van is unsafe, **** stated he would sell the van to someone else for no less that $15,000 profiting from the repairs and tires and alignment that I paid for! This guy is a liar and a ***** and has no consideration for the safety of his customers or their families!
