    I paid my deposit to place an order for kitchen cabinets on July 26. I was told the timeline was about 12 weeks. It later grew to 16 weeks. It's now up to 23 weeks and all I get are excuses about how much trouble they are having getting and keeping workers. They take zero accountablity for any timeline commitment. The responses are consistently vague. Each time I get to the new deadline and expect a delivery date, I get another set of excuses and a new noncommital time in the future for a "potential" delivery date. I don't know how they stay in business since they haven't delivered on the product for what is now hitting a 6 month window with no end in sight. Don't do business with them unless you are content to wait a very long time with no firm commitment from them as to when you'll get your cabinets. I wrote to the president this morning with the hope he might do something to get this done. If not, my only recourse is to file a complaint with the VT ************************* or to engage an attorney, which is not desirable.
