      We entered into a contract February 2023 to put in a foundation to my camp at ****************************************** The timeframe of completion was suppose to be completed by May 31st 2024. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but by July 4th it still was not completed. He said he was trying to compete another project in ******* and could have it done by Labor Day. Labor day came and the project was still not completed and I had given him $25000. He said he should not have taken the job and that it was too much for him. He also agreed to refund me my money and get his things off of my property. He still has material on the property and I have hired a new company.

      To whom it may concern:

      I Gene Stone Took this job on the agreement that they would help me with the labor. I told them I did not have worker comp they said no problem we just want you for your knowledge.  they said they had workers comp, and I could use their men Also as far as the ******** I had labor and materials on that job for the work I did. I had all intention of finishing the job until her and her Husband split up and she took control and said I had to supply the men. I told her I do not have the manpower or worker comp which she knew. Also, she said I was a thief She was not understanding So I said I will Not do any more work over here.     Gene Stone
