      I bought a gift certificate from RTs Detailing back in April of this year for my other half to get his truck windows tinted for his birthday. I tried to make several appointments to use it and every time I have showed up for the appointment the shop was locked and nobody was around to do the job. I have reached out to the owner ***************************** through phone and messenger and every time he has an excuse and tries to set me up another appointment. I have requested him to refund my money but hasnt followed through. I feel like he is running a shady business and scamming me out of my money, and has no intention to give me my money back and after three appointments where I wasted my gas and time I just want my money back so I can go elsewheres and get the job done!

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I feel like my hands are tied and that I will never see my money. I would never recommend anyone to get a gift certificate from RTs Detailing Service or youll be sorry you did! ***** is a Scammer that steals peoples money.

      I had the company wash and seal the roof of my camper. During the process an employee fell through the skylight. The exterior was replaced within 2 weeks, but the inside still hasnt been fixed. The owner and employees have made multiple excuses as to why it hasnt been done. In addition the roof was poorly done and never did the slide out roofs as they forgot I had given them the keys to put them out. The owner says he will fix the job but hasnt done that either.
