  ***** and his team came out with less than 24 hour noticed. Pulled a well pump replaced it. Along with replaceing a pressure tank for us, and fixed all our plumbing problems. Very nice and respectfull team, and very flexible and cost efficient. Along with great work i would recommend to anyone.

  Horizon Plumbing did a great job replacing two faucets. They were prompt, courteous, and completed the work as planned. I really appreciate the time they spent explaining what needed to be done. We will definitely be calling them for future plumbing projects.

  Horizon Plumbing and Heating freed up a locked up garbage disposal causing a slow draining kitchen sink in a recently purchased condo. I had no idea what to do but due to excellent instructions I will now be able to take care of this myself if it happens in the future. They have also done major work for me last fall, replacing a leaking expansion tank and a whole house water filter. For both visits they have been prompt, professional, helpful and honest. I highly recommend them and and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

  Horizon Plumbing & Heating recently replaced an older electric hot water heater with a new hybrid electric model in our newly purchased condo. The install was fast and even when the mixing valve was found to not work they came back the next day in the morning and replaced it. I can highly recommend this firm for all your ******************************************* needs.

  Horizon Plumbing & Heating replaced a hot water heater and circulator pump for us. They were very timely and friendly, and overall a real pleasure to work with. The owner went over everything with us to ensure we understood all of our options for a new tank, and once the new one was installed, he took the time to show us how to use it. We were very impressed by the service we received and will absolutely recommend them to others and will be calling them when we need plumbing services in the future.

  Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. A perfect example of how the relationship between a business and someone needing them should look. Friendly, punctual and open to answer any questions big or small. Left me feeling more comfortable investing in a new furnace because I felt secure during each step.Definitely will recommend.

  *********************** (Horizon Plumbing) set up an entirely new sump pump system with battery back-*** at my house; the lower level had flooded several times due to power outages and the situation was unmanageable. *****'s company had been highly recommended by several people on Front Porch Forum. I wrote an inquiry to him one evening and had a response by the next morning. I was very happy with the quick response - it seems to happen more often these days that one doesn't get an answer at all! We set up a time for him to look at the situation. He confirmed the evening before. The next day, he called to let me know that he'd be 20 minutes late for our appointment due to a few plumbing emergencies - it was during that cold spell. (I've had people be 3 hours late or not show up at all without any message or notice!) I really appreciated his responsiveness and great communication. Looking the situation over, he gave me three possible options, with specific estimates for each. I had many questions which he happily and patiently answered so that I fully understood the options. Once I decided, he immediately printed out cost, materials, timing, etc. (Amazing little computer!) He asked for half the fee in advance, which I gladly paid since all this was very straightforward and well organized. The work was done one week later, and the new system was explained to me. He took photos during the process to show me the stages. The entire operation was done very professionally, competently, and with good cheer. And then this amazing thing happened: the work was finished earlier than expected since everything went smoothly, and ***** lowered my bill $800 to account for the saved time. Now THAT was a first. (I would have never known about the timing!) Now here's is an honest guy. I can definitely confirm the great reviews in FPF and recommend him highly. He turned a dicey situation into good experience. Problem completely solved. Bravo!
