    We looked for a auto detail shop to clean and detail our **. We found BMF detailing ******* **. Checked out there site and see that they also did **s. Spoke with ****, made the appointment. Rv was there 1.5 weeks. They washed the ** with some chemicals that they where not rv coating friendly and now have ruined the exterior finish on my **, thus in return de valuing the ** from any fair market value. I called both **** and the owner *****************, both have denied anything. Told me to come pick it up theres nothing they can do , and left me with this mess. This business is terrible they dont no how to take care of a customer when there in the wrong and are trying to ignore the problem. Contacting the BBB is one of the steps I am taking to get my situation solved. Im a business man as well, when I have a mistake or a problem I own up to it. Im required to carry insurance for this type of issue. They can not be allowed to get away with this. I drop our ** off on 5/13 and have picked it up on 5/23. Terrible out come, I have lots pictures prove.
