      I made a previous complaint - #******** stating that they are not picking up the garbage. Today (6/21/22) once again the recycling bin was not picked up. This time it was the whole street. I called them around 4 pm and was they were going to pick up. That did not happen. This is a on going problem and needs to be corrected. I pad my **** on time and they are suppose to pickup the garbage.

      Unfortunately we had a route delay on this and will be servicing you today.  Normally we call customers to advise on this and we apologize that did not happen.  We will reach out via phone and also did enter a credit on the account too! We are extremely sorry!!

      We rented a dumpster from Casella in the end of May 2022. The dumpster was half full when they hauled it away (we have pictures). We received an invoice for tonnage overage in the excess of five tons!!! when the dumpster was no where near that. The invoice was for $440.20 for overage. They hauled it away on 5/26 and per the office, it was weighed on 5/27. How do we know what was added to the dumpster over that 24hr period? My husband and I have tried three times to dispute the ****, they keep saying we owe the money. My husband works in construction and was able to roughly calculate the poundage and it is no where near the multiple tonnage they are saying we owe. Pictures of the dumpster are below prior to it being hauled away on 5/26. Hardly five tons!!! Please help us with this.

      We have confirmed the weight slip and sent over and even if it doesn't show full we can't see from pictures what is in there as it can cause weight.  We have adjusted the **** and the new balance due is ****** after the discount and we will call and follow up.  We are trying to work with customer but we still believe the weight is correct, we will discount this to that amount.  Thank you.
