    June 3rd and 4th my septic was serviced, involving pumping the tank, installing a new pump. Good work done.Billing was another matter...I received my bill on June 27th, with due date of 30 days from date of the service on June 3rd, giving me 5 days to come up with $4623.16. Not fair...had I known I would **** no time to come up with this money, I would have tried to pay something in the weeks prior receiving the bill. ****** in the billing office couldn't care less. I will never deal with this company again, no would I ever recommend anyone using them just because of this shady billing practice.

    I called to get my septic tank pumped in September of 2022. I replaced my previous systems tank in June of 2020 and it is a non-standard ***** gal tank due to a rock ledge. A1 charged for pumping ***** gallons, increasing the fee a third and above my quote. When I called shortly after receiving the bill the person who answered the phone disconnected me twice. I kept calling back. Then she told me she would have to check with the driver, and said my tank must have been overflowing which I assured her it was not, and said shed call back, she never called. I was performing routine maintenance since my tank is smaller than average and like to avoid issues.Since then I have called three times, to be put on hold and then disconnected. I have emailed the company as well with my septic permit attached showing the ***** gal tank. I have not received any communication from them. This is my primary home and first home purchase and I have owned it for 8 years. I try hard to keep it in good shaped and like to hire reputable companies to do work for me. When they are good, honest and fair I go back and recommend them. I will not recommend or use A1 septic again. The only good thing is that presumably my tank was pumped and I can wait a few more years to service it with a different company.
