2014 Chevrolet Cruze I had an engine replaced in my car on 3/15/2023. It cost $5,710.21. The car had ****** miles on it.On 8/4/2023 I had to bring car in again at ****** miles and they found the water outlet and tank hose leaking and charged me $448.24 to fix that. On 2/9/2024 I brought it in again for another coolant leak and they quoted me $1670 to replace the thermostat and water pump. I declined this because it sounds like fraud to me for a water pump and thermostat. How many times do I have to pay for a car over and over again!!! Any help I can get would be appreciated. Thank you.

I brought a 2016 ***** Silverado **** to handy Chevrolet in saint ******* ******* to get an alignment and tires done.I was informed that I had to get new parts for my truck. Which were the upper lower control arms for both sides? Which I did had them replaced. Brought the truck back to handy's Chevrolet for the alignment. They proceeded to tell me that I one got the wrong parts. Two, there was no way for them to align it without getting the new parts wonce. The new parts were in. They aligned the truck said that it was a perfect alignment.I brought it to another shop to get some cosmetic work done and found that my tires were not balanced. I also found out that. One of my tires in the front is still towing in. I went to handy's and informed them what I had discovered. Then they proceeded to tell me that I had the wrong part in the truck when I ordered the park. I used the Vin number to make sure I got the right part. I used advanced auto parts to get the part. They used the Vin number.Handy Chevrolet said that those were not the right parts. Several gentlemen at handy said that those were not the right parts because they had never seen an adjustable ball joint on a control arm. That is when I thought it might be a good idea to bring it somewhere else and I did. I called Champlain Chevrolet in ******** falls and asked them some questions about it. ********* says yes that they have heard of the adjustable bald joints and those needed to be adjusted first. They have scheduled me an appointment to get my truck in for an alignment. All I'm looking for is for Handy's to pay me back for the alignment that they did. My alignment is still off. I have a tire that tows in and my truck has a weird wobble. I've brought all this to their attention. And they just blew me off saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. That I needed to buy new parts to get it fixed.

We do find at times that trucks that have been modified and do not have factory parts are very difficult to align and require more time and even require to go back to factory parts.  This truck came in with flat tread or bald tires and the truck was not safe for the road and the tires had the belts showing. The truck was in bad shape before we started.

Handy Chevrolet feels our time spent on this alignment was **** hours and we would rather return the $129.95 than to have a customer unhappy and we will gladly send a check to this customer this week for $129.95.
