      I am paying this business a monthly fee to provide me with a service (high speed internet). The service has been disconnected for over 2 weeks and the company is not reachable by phone or email.

      We have been using Northern Connections for internet service for 3 years now. When we moved from our rental to our new home, we continued with the service. We realized that the company was charging for the service at our old rental and at our new rental. We called multiple times and they said they would refund us but never did. Now, the storefront is vacant, they won't answer or return any calls and even trying the owners cell phone hasn't worked. The company is charging us for our old rental and our new rental as well as charging the new tenants for our old rental for service as well. There have been rumors circulating around town that the owner has skipped town and isn't returning calls. When I called last to express that I was getting very frustrated because we are now owed close to $1000 the owner didn't respond but instead shut off our **************** minutes after my message.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Their office was vacated neighs and they are no longer responding to calls or emails.
