    I found an in-network dentist office on LifeWise's official website and found University Family Dentistry. I had two services done in May and June. Despite Lifewise said it's in network. The front desk said they couldn't file the claims so I paid in full on the spot without any in-network discount. Yet after I submitted my claims to my insurance company, my insurance company told me the provider have already submitted claims behind my back after I already paid in full. My insurance company saw their request and combined all my claims into one and sent the check to them instead of me. I called the insurance requesting an explanation, yet nothing substantial has been done to get my refund back, and I still haven't got any refund and LifeWise closed my case on a false promise with no definite amount and date of payment from the provider, who has been lying about calling me and never did for the past two months. Even my credit card company is saying it's the insurance company's responsibility to get my refund back. Lifewise did not do diliggence when choosing the provider, misguided me to get service there and got scamed of 1258 dollars, didn't see check the claims I submited that showed I already paid on the spot , and didn't get the refund for me or respond to my complaint. After I repeatedly stressed that this provider has been scamming consumers for years thorugh double billing and false diagnosis which can be seen on ****** map reviews, nothing has been done to investigate the provider either.

    It appears this complaint is about a dental visit, and I am a mental health office. I think they are trying to contact a different organization.
