    left me a message yesterday to set up appointment. I called back, was told to expect delivery late in the morning today, between *****pm. Called today at 2pm, *** said delivery was still there, I must have misunderstood, nobody left a message, nobody set up an appointment, he's been there for 3 years and they don't just go and deliver. I guess I was on the phone for 6 minutes 33 seconds with nobody? Guy got "offended" because I was not happy I waited all day for this delivery, told me he could not set up an exact date for me for the delivery, he said they will maybe here tomorrow, maybe not, to call back and talk to *****, then hung up on me. I guess my time as your customer is no value for your company?Well *****, do let us know what day exactly can we expect our delivery. And where do you want me to send you the voicemail recording and also the data showing I was talking to "nobody" yesterday for 6 hours 33 minutes.
