I ordered 5 Helianthus helianthoides, Summer **** They were whipped via **** and the order said that they would be delivered by 2-day mail It took them a week to get here. They were a bit worse for the long journey and 2 of them were broken, even though they were well packaged. I gave them good care for a few days, and 3 of them did very well and are looking good, but the 2 which were broken withered and died. They were barely more than seedlings and pretty fragile. I called cutomer service and they were very quick, knowledgeable, and understanding and are shipping me replacement plants via ****

Everything i have bought from American Meadows, seeds, plants and bulbs, has arrived healthy, not dried out and has thrived. One shipment got hung up in the post office and they reshipped the order! I wrote that my iris I bought and planted last fall didn't come up this spring. Got a reply the same day that I would receive 3 plants this august. I am p!easantly surprised answers same day. Will certainly buy more plants with American meadows. Thank you so much.American Meadows, Inc.

I made two separate orders in one day and even though first order was being processed for shipping, *** contacted management and they credited me the shipping on the second order! Great customer service. *** was pleasant and so helpful. Their wide variety in plants, that I can't get locally, or at other nurseries online, especially the Passion Vines and Dahlias is so GREAT!!!American Meadows, Inc.

I have been ordering from this company for more than 20 years. Their plants are high quality. They grow plants that work well for my climate and ship them at the right time. I live in the mountains and the nurseries that have closest to me are in the valley. The planting times and selection do not work for my elevation. I can always find what grows best from High Country Gardens.American Meadows, Inc.
