    Cellolaris recently fixed the screen of my phone, but it was flawed and cracked along the middle a few days later. The phone was not physically damaged, bumped, or dropped after the repair was completed, and there was absolutely no explanation for the screen's cracking, unless it was faulty or poorly fixed. They wouldn't fix the phone without paying for another repair, offer me a refund, or discount the cost of the repair when I went back to the store to fix this problem. The employee claimed that if shared my negative experience, he would respond by calling me a rude customer and that he didn't care.
