    On July 3 I shipped a solar generator from the above store in VT. It clearly stated on the box what it was and the type of battery it contained. It was being shipped to *********** to ***************************. It made it to ** and the package was then returned to VT to my daughter's (*********************) address. She returned to the same *** store and was told they couldn't ship it because their store won't ship that type of battery by air. She contacted another *** store and they were able to ship it. I'm back in *********** and have attempted to contact the store 4 times for a refund. I always get an answering machine and they won't call me back. They charged me ****** for ground residential, ***** for service options, ***** additional handling, and **** CMS processing fee - totaling $440.02. Tracking #1ZX30W004250002364. If they were unable to ship it they should have informed me from the beginning. I made it perfectly clear what the box contained. And as I said, the box had big bold letters saying what it contained.

    I am very sorry that my store has not responded, the store manager has been out for over a month and I've been struggling with staffing. I will look into the matter ASAP. What is the best number that I can reach you at?
