    This is regarding order RW-*****. I received an email last week stating the order had arrived, however, when i saw the ***** photo it was clear to me that was not my door as no doormat was there and there was no indication of which apartment complex or address they left it at. when i came home the package was not there either, so i asked my neighbors around the block multiple days and checked everywhere even behind bushes and could not find my order. I reported this write away, and they emailed me to look around which I did. I then called on monday and a rep from their site promised me that they would make it right and that first they would file a tracer with ***** that would only last ***** hours **** she promised me after that process finished in 48 hours i would be refunded. I have waited and it has passed over ***************************************** and they have given no estimation on the new ***** time window. this is unacceptable service and business treatment of a customer, my credit card bill is due soon and i have a baby on the way. I will make sure no one in my friends group or family buys from here and I may be forced to chargeback if this is not refunded. thank goodness i used *****************

    they Still havent provided a resolution. They are delaying the process over 2x stating they will refund in 48 hours and then saying they will in 3-5 business days. No response from them regarding resolution aka refund.
