  ***** *. ** promised and contracted for several exterior remodeling items but was successful with only one longer than a year after contract. Quote was provided without complete specs. Ramp is structurally deficient and unsafe with 2 posts floating in air; wobbly split railings; and steep slope. There are about 20 air gaps where new siding didn't mesh with adjacent cedar on house side. Was told they don't address. The contract included no language addressing complications arising during the work except for windows. Received correct window handle 7 months after install despite 2 tries with incorrect handle. A "We don't care" attitude appears to be the attitude of this business from this vulnerable adult consumer.

  This person leaving this review is not a customer and I believe is leaving a review on behalf of a customer and is also false in their information. 
  

  The job was done as quoted above and beyond what was asked of us. We have been out to the home 8 separate days for 4 days worth of work. The states attorney general said and I quote I have never seen a company be 100% in the right in one of these matters. We have worked with them already to try to resolve this matter, however the customer having being told that we are in the right is obviously upset. 

  Also three separate times when scheduled to do the work we were asked not to come for various reasons. Which extended and held up the job. Weather concerns of the customer being the most prevalent however we repeatedly stated we didnt care/it wasnt a concern of ours as we work in weather everyday. 

  I will address each item accordingly. 
  

  The deck was quoted to be a small landing off the front of the house with a set of stairs and a small ramp. Not an *** certified ramp as the landscaping wouldnt account for that. It was never quoted or billed as such. The customer then repeatedly requested this ramp be lengthened while staff were working on site. The deck ramp ended up it being 10 feet longer than quoted. Which the cost of which wasnt passed onto the customer. An estimated retail value of ***** dollars worth of time and materials was spent to try to make the customer comfortable and happy. 
  

  The handles came in an incorrect color but were fully functioning. Yet again we were asked not come on multiple days scheduled so it took longer to get the correct color. 
  

  In regards to the siding we have offered to come and caulk the siding where there are some seams and have email records as proof of this. 
  

  Overall we went above and beyond trying to make this customer happy and comfortable and we were in constant communication with them. We understand the ramp isnt what they wanted but it is what was quoted and paid for.

  This company did not install my windows with the proper contract agreement. The information was not distributed to the sub-contractors about the project. The installation went horribly wrong from the very beginning. they installed the windows without using the proper materials. The windows are not correctly leveled with shims for one. They removed all my j channel from every window leaving the sheathing exposed to the elements/rain/snow. They refused to cover the nailing flanges on all window after installation. The interior trim wasn't finished because they refused to properly shim the window returns on all windows. I have sense been stuck with finishing the interior myself. the exterior is left the way they thought was correct. I feel they should pay for another contractor to come replace my j channel and retrim the exterior of every window. This has disrupted my whole life, leaving me no choice to expose this company to others.
