It's impossible to place an order because their website says that "your phone number is invalid" which is ridiculous. And then, the session "times out" and the cart empties, so you have to start all over. But after trying twice, the result was the same. Total waste of time.

This is not a customer of ours. She is complaining about some other website, not ours. She emailed ** and is very confused. This is a bogus review.
