      If I could leave zero stars, I would. After being a client for 17 years, I called for my yearly delivery. It took 3 phone calls and an email message to even get a return call. The woman who called me was was extremely rude. Told me my account was "inactive" because I haven't had oil delivered in a year (it's been 14 months!!) And they will not reopen my account. I try to have a conversation with her about the longevity of my account, etc. She then interrupts me abruptly and said "you can plead your case all you want but you'll have to find a new supplier. Have a great day." And hung up on me. This is absolutely disgusting from a once respected business. Don't bother dealing with them.
