    The fellow I worked with was very helpful and kind in the beginning. Once payment was made, communications stopped. The yard was left a mess after the home was placed. Wood, large pieces of plastic, screws, nails, roofing paper, shingles etc were left strewn about the yard. the very large trailers that were used to deliver the home was left on my property for many months and I had to call many times to get them to pick them up. Some repairs that per the contract/warrantee should be fixed were not, and I currently have a broken window that they will not come out to replace. I have emailed and called several times to get this fixed before winter hits and I have been completely ignored.

    New England Custom Modular Only sold and set this the modular to this customer.  She was told that her builder needed to provide a dumpster for the trash.  He/She did not.  The set crew put all the trash in two separate piles for the customer to remove.  Within two days of the house being set, it snowed and berried most or all of the trash, I'm sure.   Also; the wind is very high in ******* ** and I'm sure that some of the trash was blown around.  We can't and won't be held responsible for a customer that wants to be her own GC.  As far as the trailer frames, they get picked up by another transport after it's made that days delivery.  The problem was that this house was delivered and set in December and there were not many houses being delivered at that time. The factory made several attempts, but the Rd. was not passable.  The customer was informed that for additional money they would send up a transport, but she didn't want to pay anything extra.  *********** request was put into the modular factory on January 6th and Superior was there in February to make those repairs.  According to both the customer and the service rep all the repairs except one were made and excepted by the customer.  The broken window was reported to the modular factory in May and again in August and I am awaiting a date for repair.  I'm sure that the factory will provide the same great service the are know for.
