  What an awful experience, with this dealership. Their sales manager *****, is a lying POS! (Sorry, no other way to put it)! I was called about the truck I had been waiting 2 months for, that finally came in. In the midst of finalizing the deal, they sold the truck out from under me! I have never been treated this way before, such an unethical and unprofessional way to do business. Once they did this, my wife went to the dealership, and spoke with *****, who had already hung up on her. Clearly she was not happy with what they did, and ***** wanted to blame us! This company allowed this man to get in my wifes face and point his fingers in her face, unbelievable! It is quite sickening that this behavior is allowed from a man that is a manager at this place, and they dont even blink an eye! Tells you a lot about how this place is run!***** claims I was asked to put a deposit on the truck, which never happened! I have all documentation of our dealings and it was never mentioned. Why would I refuse to put a deposit on a vehicle I just waited almost 2 months to arrive?????? Please explain *****??????I will say that the owner, did speak with my wife for a few minutes, after everyone there refuse to give her his number. Thankfully he showed up before she left. Nothing was settled tho, so situation was never fixed unfortunately, so they will continue to do the same thing to others! I will make sure everyone I know and can tell, how this place operates and allows their employees to treat people.

  Purchased a truck THREE weeks ago and have yet to pick it up. We've gotten nothing but a run around from everyine there from the sales person, to his manager, to the service department. We've been told this truck is ready so many times and then we call back, they ignore our texts and calls it will answer and give us the "it's not ready yet... there's been a misunderstanding" c*** EVERY SINGLE DAY. They give you the supervisor's fake "direct number" and good luck trying to find out who the owner is. I am launching a complaint with the Attorney General and will contact the police if I don't receive this truck within the next couple of days. Do not believe anything these people tell you. They're truly the proverbial slimy used car salesmen and in fact, give used care salesmen a bad name.

  Very shady car dealer came in for a cheap truck got talked into something we didn't plan to buy. Lost our floor mat. Took 9 days after purchase to get the truck. Sent the paperwork to the wrong address resulting in barely making the deadline to register the vehicle. Lost full coverage insurance on it. Got stranded on the side of the road for a mistake their service **** made. Costing us $200 and 4 hours of time. Was told we'd be reimbursed a month ago. Nothing yet. Lost floor mat was supposed to be replaced 3 months ago nothing yet. Everytime we call we get the run around. Like no one knows what we're talking about. Get told we're lying when we say we weren't allowed to see the truck in the daylight. Have seen multiple poor reviews in regard to this company since purchasing the truck.

  Thank you for your feedback we did try and help you several times. I know part of the issue was that you bought a truck in the evening and you wanted to see it during the day. We never said you couldnt buy during the evening you just happen to come to the store at night.

  I don't even want to give one star. I custom ordered a ******************** April 2022. I have paperwork stating the ***** *****'s price, trade allowance and final amount financed. The car just arrived last week (end of Sept 2022). We went to sign paperwork and they won't honor the trade allowance (or rebates offered at the time of order, even though we were told they would). They even said it had nothing to do with the additional miles put on but that the used car market isn't what it was. Use caution if placing a custom order as they won't necessarily honor the pricing by the time the vehicle arrives. It's a tough world when businesses no longer honor written documents.

  These folks are predatory lenders! They signed a 20% interest rate auto loan for an 18 year old with no parents. They should be held accountable.
