      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

       

      This study was sponsored by Oregon State Transportation division.  Does the state have a fiduciary responsibility to honor this contract?  I've reached out July 16th to my local RCOG in **************, which was part of the study but again have gotten no response.  Thank you, **********************;

      We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this issue. 

      As stated in the original complaint, the customer participated in the Oregon Travel Study on May 15, 2024. According to our survey records, in the survey sign-up questionnaire, the customer opted to receive a physical gift card in the amount of $30. The physical gift card was mailed to the address provided by the customer on June 3, 2024. 

      On August 5, 2024, we received our first direct communication from the customer using the email address we had on file. The customer restated her travel period and indicated she had previously contacted the gift card provider who referred them to us. 

       We replied to the customer on August 6, 2024 and noted that customer had opted to receive a physical gift card, which was mailed on June 3, 2024. The customer replied on that same date and restated that the incentive amount was increased to $50 during the survey and that they had opted for the electronic gift card. 

       Because the physical gift card had not been used, we canceled the physical gift card and processed a new electronic gift card for the customer on August 7, 2024 and sent them a direct link. We also increased the originally stated gift card amount from $30 to $50.

       The customer subsequently replied that the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.
