      Do not order from this company. Deceptive! I was charged $100 for a gift Item that was added to my account automatically by their System. When I went to total my order and hit the order now button, the total of my order was $100 more than the total at the time I hit Order now Button. I am immediately emailed their customer service and told them I would like to cancel my order. I do not want to pay $100 for a gift item automatically added by their system not even worth $100. The message back said they would get the information to proper Department. I didnt hear from them so next day I sent another message cancel my order. By My 3rd message to cancel my order, I got a message Telling me my order Had been sent to fulfillment, too late To cancel my order. I replied, this was not my fault therefore I was not paying for shipping to return the order. I was not going to be blamed I would be disputing the charge With my bank. Who sends an order to fulfillment when there is A problem? They replied would send a message to *** asking the package be returned to them mid shipment. I did receive tracking information that the package was Returned before it was delivered to my house. The tracking also showed the package was sent to fulfillment Within six hours of me ordering. I sent my message to them within 30 minutes Asking my order be canceled. Five days after they received the package back, I emailed Asking them please refund my Money. They told me it would take 15 days to refund my money. This is ridiculous For a mistake that was not my fault. Their customer service Representatives are rude And the company does not care about their customers or They would Listen to their customers. As of now it, I still have not been refunded And they Send an email that they would work directly With my bank.Ive never dealt with a company that has so little care for their customers!!!!

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY:I have been a longtime subscriber of Tata Harper products but since she sold the company to an oversees outlet I have had nothing but trouble. They charge my credit card and never ship the items. You can't call or leave a voicemail, the box is always "full". I have cancelled my subscriptions and want nothing to do with them, completely unprofessional and absolutely no customer service available. "*********" sent me an email stating that my order was delivered to an address in another state and proceeded to say we are happy this issue has been rectified! Wow, who in the world is running this company? Unbelievable

      Today I visited a Sephora branch in *********, ** where a Tata Harper sales representative was working selling and representing **** Harper to customers. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience Ive ever had. She was wanting to sell me multiple items from Tata Harper as soon as I told her I was pregnant and needed clean ingredients. The conversation immediately transitioned from skincare to extremely overstepping and invasive questioning about my personal pregnancy and even began getting into my personal medical life. She was attacking me with questions about my high blood pressure, telling me I might or should be cautious of having preclampsia and said it was a very serious condition in pregnancy. She began telling me what food to eat and what food to not eat. I was completely invoked with fear and anxiety as I have had conversations with my Dr about this and was told not to worry. This Tata Harper representative went on and on about my pregnancy and the conversation was no longer about skincare. I was so frozen and uncomfortable and felt so invaded in my personal first ever pregnancy. I went home very upset and told my husband about this experience and when we went to dinner I was so afraid to eat red meat and was constantly having anxiety about it because the Tata Harper rep was telling me not to eat red meat. I didnt even end up buying the Tata Harper skincare I wanted because I was so upset and left the store. Worst experience *** ever had and I am upset and fearful in my pregnancy.
