    This establishment is using a total misrepresentation of their facility. The website is beautiful, but when we pulled in, we actually thought it was an abandoned building. After seeing our room, we tried 4 other hotels, but there were no vacancies due to **** buying up everything due to the floods that hit the region. Our room was advertised as non-smoking, but it reeked of smoke, the carpet had huge stains, but the worst was the infestation of big black ********* ants. The ants were on the walls, in the sink, even in our daughter's bed. Then the roaches came out! Complimentary breakfast was advertised, but there were only 2 things - corned beef hash and cubed potatoes. When we asked if there were eggs, we were told, "We aren't making eggs today." No juice, no cereal, no fruit...just potatoes. We tried to get our money back from the Sonesta corporate offices, but we were told that this place is a franchise and there was nothing they could do. Stay away from this filthy, horrible hotel.
