    The most awful consumer experience I have ever had. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of cabinetry. Even though final delivery was not complete, ******* (the owner and only employee) demanded payment in full. Because there were many mistakes made throughout the design snd ordering process, I insisted that all the cabinetry be present before full payment, as stated in the contract. ******* then threatened me by withholding my already-selected countertops if I did not pay in full, even though she did not deliver in full.When I did not respond to her threats SHE BROKE INTO MY HOUSE. This was witnessed by my four builders. She took 31 pieces of cabinetry. I was forced to call the police.She is now criminally charged with unlawful trespass and has a court date.There are many many other Omega dealers. If you want Omega cabinetry, I advise using another dealer.
