    I hired this company to remove a street tree that had raised the sidewalk in front of my home and to replace the damaged section of sidewalk. They arrived on time and with a team of 6 people. One of the team members asked if they could use my hose, and I said yes. They got right to work and completed the job in one day. I paid the pre-agreed amount and was satisfied with the transaction. After they left, I went to the hose to water the front flower bed and found that a brass Y-connector that had been on my hose bib had been removed. A few days later the owner stopped by and told me that he had forgotten to include tax on the bid and requested that I pay the tax then. I was expecting sales tax, but the amount he requested worked out at 22%. I should have stopped at that point, but will admit to being a bit intimidated and just paid the amount he requested. I told him about the missing hose connector and he said it was probably still connected to their hose. I told him they didn't use their hose, they used mine. He said he would ask about it and would drop it by if they found it. It has not been returned. So, in summary, I'm satisfied with the work results but would not recommend this company and would never hire them again.
