    I didnt have a good experience with this company. I had an incident in the apartment I live, while drilling the walls to install a curtain rod I accidentally hit a water line from the fire system, this company works with the landlord (Nals / Kielo at ************) to attend this emergencies, they sent 1 guy that fixed the leak temporarily and billed 1 hour or emergency work at a rate of $395, expensive but acceptable. Couple of weeks after, they had to go again to my apartment to reconnect the lines; but this time they send two guys, but although they sent 2, only 1 worked in the fixing 95% of the time for less than 2 hours.Due to some factors, my insurance did not cover this event and I had to sign a payment agreement with the landlord, to my surprise; Fire Solutions billed 1 hour of emergency and 6 hours of normal time at a rate of $195 per hour, I raised my complaint with the landlord, and their answer was that there were 2 representatives working 3 hours each one. You may wonder how it turns out that you need only 1 person for 1 hour to contain an emergency, and 2 people / 3 hours each one to fix the connection; mainly in a spot that barely fit one what was the other guy supposed to be doing? Handing out the tools to the one actually fixing the connection? This was not the case certainly, like I said before only 1 person worked in that fix for no more than two hours, but I was billed for 6 which meant almost $800 more to pay. This behavior is simply not ethic, regardless if it will be the insurance policy or the tenant, is not OK to overbill / charge customers for services or staff that was not needed, or that did not happen at all. If you ever have to hire them, please pay close attention to the hours they spend.
