    The owner of this company did not honor his contract, which goes into great detail on what they provide. There was overspray on light fixtures and decking, areas where they did not remove staples, hooks, and even caterpillar nests. Owner avoided meeting with us, which should have been a clue. And it was apparent that he was not coordinating with his employees about requests from the homeowner. I specifically asked if they could do some minor window trim repair and was told yes, and then it was painted over and still spongy (not repaired). Areas requiring prep work due to sun damage were ignored. His crew were not kept abreast of his coming and going. When the job was finished enough he was paid- and then has not responded to any further communication. His equipment was left on the property for weeks, and would mysteriously disappear a bit at a time. I was told he has some personal issues going on but this is no reason to stiff your customers. I do not recommend any business dealings with Details LLC.
