  I recently sent my knife to DNA Lasering and had them put new scales in it for me as I dont have the proper tools to do it myself. **************** was beyond what I expected. They worked with and kept me informed of the process and when the knife was shipped. ***** arrived in better condition than when I sent it. Knife operations was perfect down to the blade swing and function. I highly recommend DNA for all your knife needs. 5 stars is not enough. Small businesses are the backbone of this county. So glad I found them. You have a customer for life Respectfully , **********

  I found DNA Lasering on the internet, I looked over the product selection. I picked out sever of their design products, as well as a custom design! Service was fast and products arrived fast! I highly recommend DNA for products, customer care and fast shipping! Thank you ******* ??????

  This is a negative review. I purchased a set of scales, the Viking Runes pattern on copper, but they were defective. The scales were too tight on the liners, causing them to bow, driving the blade way off center. The blade could not be centered. Blade off center is universally regarded as unacceptable. *****************************, the owner, understood and refunded my money. Fine. Then I bought another set in titanium, which were perfect. Fine.Then I bought a 3rd set, in brass, which were again defective. This time the scales were not straight. They were bent, during manufacture, slightly but disastrously. The blade was, again, driven way off center. It could not be adjusted even close to on-center. I informed *******, and even gave him the details of my analysis (the scales are 1/32 out of straight, which is a lot), to show I was not being frivolous. These $238 scales are in fact $238 wasted!******* has not responded to my messages. He has refused to authorize a return. He refuses to stand by his work. He is not, in my limited experience, an honest man. I CANNOT recommend this shop.

  You've conveniently left out some important information here. You fail to mention the fact you left a 5-star review the day after receiving them (delivered Feb 7th); you installed them, carried them and then chose to complain an entire week later (on Feb 15th). Once installed I cannot take them back, you had them a week where anything could have happened.
  
  As far as the first set that I did let you send back; even though I have a no return policy, I took back your first order of copper scales, taking you at your word they were "defective". When I received them back here, I was able to install them on my PM3 without any issue and the blade was perfect. Because of your history, I personally tested out the brass scales before shipping that order to you and they fit great on my PM2 with centered blade. 
  
  If the scales weren't straight, they would not even install on your knife and the photos you sent show it assembled and don't show any bend in them. I offered you some tips and ******* videos to try to help resolve your centering problem, there are many reasons why it may not center at first. Not everyone is capable of doing their own aftermarket installs, which is why I also sell these scales installed on the knife so I can handle that for you.
  
  I would have considered making an exception for you and allowed an exchange on these or having you send your knife in to me to install properly. But after a weekend away I come back to see multiple messages that included insults and harassing comments, so I'm going to stand by my policy.
