      I hired this shop to work on two of my cars. The first one I paid them almost $2,000 to put Heavy Duty brakes on my car. Come to find out after having it inspected by a different licensed mechanic, they did not put heavy duty brakes on my car and in fact that cars brakes have now failed with less then ***** miles on them. The second car I put into the shop and had a bunch of engine work done to it. The list is too long to put here, that car no longer runs less then 2 months later, and I have since had it evaluated by a different, unrelated licensed mechanic who verified that what I hired and paid them to do was not done, leading to the failure of the engine. This is all well documented and a sworn statement from the mechanic with evidence has been obtained. Multiple attempts where made to come to a resolution with this shop, but they refused and instead accused us of lying and name calling (called the mechanic who verified all of this a "backyard mechanic", even though he has all his certifications and works at a local shop and graduated with a degree from a mechanic school. When the brakes failed on my vehicle I had 6 children in the car coming on to a highway. My children and another families child almost lost their lives because of this. The Shop refuses to take accountability and make it right. I am out thousands i paid them and now have to pay thousands to have it all fixed. I have now found other reviews that are similar online. Apparently im not the first ****** to have this issue. I have now spoken to another local family that had a similar experience with this shop.

      Most every job we do has a 12 month ***** mile warranty on new parts and the labor for those parts. We indeed did work on this customer's vehicles. When notified that she felt a new failure was a result of the work performed we informed the customer we would be happy to look at the vehicle free of charge to find out what happened. We also provide roadside assistance up to $100 for 12 months as well. The customer informed us that the head gasket was blown and she already had someone else looking at it. She wanted us to guarantee we were taking care of the repair at no charge.  it was explained that there would be no cost for diagnosing the problem and if it was a problem with the work we did it would be covered under warranty. This is not good enough and she would rather pursue legal action and online bashing of the business. We have a procedure for taking care of covered repairs and we do stand behind the work we do. However, we do not just write checks or commit to paying for things with following the proper procedure to determine failure. This is common practice with any shop, dealer or entity that is could possibly be liable for repairs. At this point i feel like we  will be sitting in front of a judge for him to compare notes on current failure verses work we performed. It is unfortunate, but we *** not feel we are being given another choice at this point.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business has not offered to fix my cars. I find it convenient they completely ignored my second car that I put in their shop, and they scammed me, charged my thousands of dollars for a heavy duty brakes job, and then didn't do the job. This has been verified by other shops with written inspection reports as proof. But it seems they are trying not to mention that one. All in all I spent over $5,000 between the two cars, and both cars are having yo be fixed by another shop. Luckily my one car has already been fixed and the proper brakes installed. All the parts have been kept as evidence along with the inspection reports. I also have 3 witness statement attesting to what they where supposed to do but did not, and attesting to the phone call where I was called names and intimidated.  I believe the words I was called was " a f****** idiot" by the owner **** ****. Since then, I keep getting phone calls and texts harassing me from different numbers. This business charged me for work they did not do, as verified by an inspection report from another shop. This led to a serious safety issue that the shop refuses to refund. Since this incident I now have talked to no less then a dozen people who have had a similar experience at this shop.
