    I hired ****** to give me a ****. Aj on a level 7 with a dark toner. Which costed me $250. When I left and looked in the daylight and not her dark salon, my hair was silver. I called right away and hopes that she would fix her mistake. And she just treated me like c*** and hung up on me. I want my money back so I can go somewhere that actually cares. 260$ I want back. SHe did not even go all the way down to my roots.

    Even though we disagree with clients complaint, we still stand by all of our clients being satisfied with their services received. This complaint has already been resolved as she was refunded immediately for the service she was not happy with (the balayage)  As you can see in images uploaded she had a balayage for $165, a haircut $50, a lip wax $15 and a tips for $20. We refunded her for the balayage and the tip.
