    I ordered 1 Scoop Lateral Trainer and received 2 and was billed for 2. I had ordered them while I was away from home and did not check my bank account until I returned home and had 2 of them on my door step. I called and tried to send one back but they just told me someone would get back to me. I called again today and got the same answer. The phone number they give is not to the people that can give you the ** number. I am keeping the one but I have no need for 2.

    Hello, This customer ordered 2 ********************** with two separate orders. Clearly she did not intend to but nonetheless did. We would have no way to have known that she didn't intend to place two orders. We have emailed her a few times. Today we got to speak to her live and again gave her instructions to return the 2nd machine so that we could credit her account. Below is a transcript from the email(s). 

    Upon receipt of the return, we will credit her purchase price. Thank you.
