      We are Oregon residents buying a vehicle from a WA dealer. The salesman told us dealing with our local CU wouldn't be a problem as they work with them all the time. We purchased a brand new vehicle as the title hadn't already been produced only the ***. Rairdon refused to submit title and registration paperwork for Oregon leaving us to have to finance thru their suggested CU in ** and having the title produced in ** after signing papers 4 times. We were then told we would need to go to our local DMV and get paperwork to have the title transferred to OR and our registration done. OR only issues 2 21 day trip permits meaning all this had to be done in a month and a half. It took Rairdon almost a month to get the final paperwork to us in order to take to DMV. We then had to mail the OR DMV paperwork up to their CU to complete the title transfer paperwork and send it back to the OR DMV. It takes 4-6 wks to complete the title/registration process once OR receives it. We are already 1.5 mths into and still don't have a correct registration for our vehicle. The inconvenience and hassle this has caused will make me never do business with Rairdon again. What a terrible way of doing business. We as the customer are doing so much leg work to complete this transaction. They had our trade in for sale on their lot before our paperwork was finalized. They financed ****** for licensing/title into the contract and then had to refund it back to us, since we were the ones doing all the licensing/titling. It cost ***** in ** to title the vehicle, but my time is worth so much more as I am spending hours on hours trying to figure this out. The only advise they offered was to make sure to contact *** before you go so you know what you need take. They should not be able to do business with OR institutions if they are not going to complete the process as it would be done if they were an OR dealer. They were more concerned about selling the vehicle than customer service.

      I have had multiple horrible encounters with the service department at Rairdons in Marysville, the service manager Mr. **** speaks to me with so much disrespect and even called me a delinquent and told other he was not interested in helping me with my vehicle. I took my 2018 Jeep wrangler in multiple times for maintenance and every time I am told different reasons for why the warranty company will not cover my services. Its a non stop fight to get them to cover anything. This last time they told me it would not cover it because there is a lift on it ( the jeep was purchased from Rairdon ****** with the lift) when we showed proof they now say the warranty company wont cover it because the maintenance wasnt done on the vehicle, I have every receipt of maintenance being done to the vehicle and now they said the warranty is voided because I didnt have the service it is being seen for done back in 22 they claimed I brought my jeep to ****** and I rejected the service however according to their documentation the jeep was in their shop for 10 days with nothing done (I did not take it in at this time as there was nothing wrong with it) and the funny thing is I have video of me in my jeep during the days they claim my jeep was in their shop. I also have every invoice from every service that was done to my jeep in a binder neatly kept together and this is the only invoice I was apparently missing. I believe the document was falsified to make it look like I did not do the maintenance. The total cost is close to $10,000 and they offered to pay half, however this is completely unacceptable as I had never taken it in for this issue and refused service. I do regular maintenance and am very meticulous with my maintenance and service I would never refuse maintenance or service on it as I know I have a warranty that should cover anything needed done. On top of the customer service being grossly rude I feel I am being taken advantage of because I am a 25 year old female.
