    On 3/30/23 Dapper worked on a number of various plumbing jobs for us, adding up to approx $1,796. We called them back to ask them to fix some issues with their original work: (1) the caulking was done incorrectly on both sinks that they reset (many gaps/not fully sealed), and needs to be redone; but even worse, a large amount of their caulking dripped down a newly painted wall, damaging the wall, which will require extra work to remove, mud, and re-paint; and (2) one of the toilets they reset in a guest bath has a loose tank, which needs to be fixed asap before it leaks or causes issues for guests. They scheduled an appointment to come out and fix these issues, which appointment was to occur on 6/16/23, however instead of showing up they called at the time of the appointment to say they were cancelling to take care of another customer. We then requested a partial refund so that we could have another company fix the work, and were treated VERY rudely, which is amazing given that the plumbing issues were due to Dapper's prior work, and Dapper was the one who cancelled the appointment to fix the work, not us. Because of how rude their customer service person was, we will not have this company back in our home to do further work, and we are requesting they refund at least $500 so we can hire another company to make the work right. Honestly, $500 will likely not even be enough to cover the cost to repair the damage to the wall, so we feel this is MORE than a fair request.
