    We purchased, and paid cash for a brand new travel trailer. Upon receipt (during the covid pandemic), we were told that there would be no walk thru, and when we got home we could let them know if there were any issues. Once home we discovered that there were shelves broken, a hole in the bathroom wall and a soft spot in the floor. We took it back and these were repaired. When we drove back home we realized that all the s**** under the main frame of the trailer and wheels were all backing out. Again we took it to Haltermans in ****************** for repair.We have used this trailer 5 times. We paid for the platinum warranty. We have called with issues that we have encountered over the last year and have not been able to get a return call. There is a leak in the roof causing the interior to fall in. The trim that was glued on is all falling off, and the roof has bubbles. Now we are trying to contact Haltermans to deal with these issues and they are "permanently closed". ******** will not honor any of the warranty. And the phone service number on the warranty card gives us the walk around. We were not contacted by haltermans after calling multiple times.
