    Went to the park a foreigner followed me in a ragtag sweater because I had a long stick I got from a ********************* Tiger mountain used for filming with a GoPro. The crude sweater had a badge sewn on it. After I asked about his credentials, this job that I an American applied for many times, he walked away. The ********* under the ledge was the location where this happend, the crest of *****************. Another guy wearing a scraggly ***** that looked out of uniform gave me a ticket for harassing a federal employee (a foreigner), when I myself am a federal employee with the reserves. When all I wanted to see was his credentials, there was a clear miscommunication. Perhaps he is from ***** where it is ok to mislead people and lie to people, something was up and I wanted more information. Yes, it is going to court. I doubt he has a green card.
