  Not one experience with a business even comes close to how bad my experience with Ace Accounting Services has been. Because of them, I have had to pay almost an extra $1,000 to both federal and state governments in fines due to their lack of communication and responsibility over our taxes. They have caused monumental trouble and confusion by:- Promising services then refusing to render the services after 2 years of delays (setting up and managing a payroll for quarterly taxes).- Putting such a delay on our 2021 taxes that they eventually had to file an extension even though we provided them with all materials needed months before the due date.- Refusing to respond to questions and requests for updates. It took 3-4 emails/phone calls to illicit any response from them.- Not communicating the amount due on our taxes until the day before Tax Day in 2021. We were also led to believe that we did not need to pay these until they had filed an extension and then filed our taxes. Because of their lack of communication and our lack of experience, we received hundreds of dollars in fines.The lack of courtesy, communication, and responsibility from Ace Accounting Services has been so egregious that it almost seems intentional. They have refused to acknowledge fault and refused to compensate us for their mistakes. They mention on their website that they are BBB Accredited, and they no longer should be.

  We are sorry you feel your experience with Ace Accounting Service was not what you expected. There was no lack of communication as we were emailing back and forth with your husband. We never promised payroll or quarterly taxes to you or your business as we are not familiar with ****** payroll laws as we are a ******************* On 4/16 via email to your husband, it was suggested you purchase Quickbooks and start payroll thru them. In regards to your 2021 taxes, we received the information needed to file your 2021 taxes on April 14th, after we had already filed an extension as a courtesy at no cost to you, We had your personal and business taxes done and returned to you on April 18th for signatures required to electronically file your returns, The fines you received were for your failure to pay your tax liability in a timely manner. An extension is not an extension to pay, it is only an extension to file. We were never contacted stating you were unhappy with our services, nor asked about any compensation, or it would have been explained to you why you had fines. We do hope you find someone local that can provide you with the services you need.
