    This store sells used appliances. The Whirlpool we purchased for $250 before tax was delivered without a coupling part which is necessary for proper ventilation. When contacted about the issue, they said they would try to locate the part. 24 hours after reporting the issue to them, they are now non-responsive. Their store also doesn't allow returns which is bogus given they're selling incomplete items that are dysfunctional due to lack of supplying all necessary parts. The cost for ordering the coupling piece is $200 alone. I wouldn't have purchased this item in the first place had I known the coupling piece was missing.
