    On July 10, 2024 I purchased directly from ARB USA on their website a Rear Bumper for our 2023 **** Bronco part #******* for $1,267.00. This bumper included a licence plate relocation kit and plate light. After installing this bumper, I discovered the rear plate light was dead. Contacting ARB USA with photos proving their plate light was not function.On August 23, 2024, on my Request # ***** ARB advised that they would replace this plate light. I have since followed up with ARB USA several times, and there is no information on when this light will be shipped - If *******, I've spent some $1,300 on a bumper that remain illegal on public roads at night because the darn plate light is not working!!Please help!Thank you ***

    I'm happy to report that ARB USA has sent a functional licence plate light.  I installed the light today, and it's working fine.

    Hello, I have purchased the *** differential locker as part of the axle assembly. I have a receipt. The product has a 5 year unlimited miles warranty. At first the locker worked but sometimes would go into this cycle of engaging and disengaging. Which I later learned is not normal. I have noticed that the locker will only engage if the differential is warm. As of now it does not engage at all, even when diff is warm. The compressor keeps running and locker won't engage. If I walk around my jeep, I could hear the air leaking and can smell gear oil. I have inspected the air lines leading to the locker and there are no leaks. From what I understand the air is leaking inside of the diff. My locker is still under warranty, I followed the break in procedure recommend by axle manufacturer, and changed diff oil frequently. I have contacted the manufacturer and they proposed to mail me new seals. The problem is replacing those seals requires disassembly of the locker and the differential which is not something I can do myself. The company refused the fix the diff on their expense but did admit that the locker is still under warranty.
