    Regal Auto Cares prices are exorbitant their quote was twice what others quoted then when vehicle was picked up they charged $334.00 for a diagnostic fee. Again double that of others.

    Hi ****, I'm sorry to get this review after discussing with you at drop off the charges to diagnose your vehicle so there wouldn't be any surprises and I can't do anything about taxes and fees associated over the cost of the labor compensated to our well trained and outfitted technicians. Our labor costs are positioned competitively against other shops in the independent sector and remain below dealership charges while being able to provide complete service on all makes of vehicles. Unfortunately we discovered that the shop selected to perform the prior repair on your vehicle did so incorrectly resulting in the failure and collateral damage you are experiencing. While that shop may have been more in your desired budget for the repair it unfortunately doesn't hold weight since they didn't do it correctly and now have caused additional damage and costs that need to be addressed. I wish you the best in finding a competent shop within your desired budget but can assure you when you select a shop that does work the right way and stands behind it there is greater value in the long term investment.
